CEMAL KOKSAL
Cemal Koksal is an Ortahisar local who for over 20 yrs has been expertly restoring many of the beautiful traditional village cave house properties, turning them into stylish private residences as well as gorgeous boutique hotels. Elaa Cave Hotel and Elaa Suites were both restoration projects of his and he is delighted to now be operating both Elaa Cave and Elaa Suites as successful boutique hotels. Cemal's other great love is horses and he owns Cemal Ranch which is a well known spot for both locals and visitors to enjoy as well as being currently the top listed Ranch in Cappadocia for Sunset and Sunrise horse riding tours to Rose and Red Valley. RUTH LOCKWOOD
Ruth Lockwood is a New Zealander who has lived and worked in Cappadocia tourism for over 34 years.
Her knowledge of the local area and Turkey in general is extensive though she is best known for her love and knowledge of most things Turkish vintage and new Rugs & Kilims and for her highly recommended
